Is 'neti neti' meant to be a permanent stance, or a ladder you eventually leave behind once you've recognised the Self?

Started Anulom Vilom two weeks ago before work. Small thing, but I've noticed I react less sharply to minor irritations since. Anyone else notice this?

How do you reconcile svadharma (one's own duty) with a modern life that doesn't map neatly onto varna or ashrama at all?

If karma is just cause and effect, why does it need to be framed as a moral law at all rather than a physical one?
